I am studying Geography in Berlin and will spend one year in Amsterdam as an ERASMUS student. I am looking for a furnished room (willingly in a shared flat) in Amsterdam from 18.8.2008 - 30.06.2009. I am female, 24 yrs and nonsmoker, outgoing, inquisitive and spontaneous. Unfortunately, I cannot afford more than 380€ rent for the room.
I can offer:
I live in a shared flat with two very smart guys (26+30 years old). We have a big nice coloured kitchen, a small balcony and a lovely expresso can! (+bathtub, washing machine, cellar...).
My room (one of three) is 22 square meters in Berlin Friedrichshain, fully furnished and with several shopping facilities nearby. Underground is also very close, only 4 min walk. The center of Berlin is max. 20min away.
The rent for the room is app. 250€/month in total.
