We have 2 rooms available in a same flat. One has a double bed,huge wardrobe and a table and the other one is single bed and wardrobe. WIFI, bed linen and towels included.
BOTH AVAILABLE NOW: 17€ for the single and 19€ for the double.
You'd be sharing a 110m2 flat with 2 girls (Mexico and Finland). 4 people in total max, including yourself (one per room). The flat is v nice, has 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (feel free to cook, use the washing machine, etc), WIFI, large living room and a balcony were we usually eat in summer.
Perfect location: right opposite metro station LESSEPS (green line)and its park, in the bohemian quarter of Gracia (walking distance from the busy center but away from tourists!) with its lovely squares, pedestrian streets, cafés, VO cinemas, theaters, Guell Park, etc. 3 supermarkets nearby and 2 bakeries next door.
Great atmosphere at home (we are a small independent family now). Ideally we are looking for NON smokers, respectful and happy to clean their own mess.
